If sufficient time is not available to complete the treatment, the appointment will be classed as missed and the deposit will be retained.

10. Medical & Suitability
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
11. Patch Test Policy
A patch test may be required for certain treatments, including lash, brow, micropigmentation etc services.
Failure to attend a patch test appointment may result in cancellation of the treatment.

Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Additional sessions may be required to achieve the desired result, unless otherwise stated.
